    modern decor
    delicious breakfast
    slow bar service

great stay but service can improve

The breakfast options were fresh and diverse, really elevating our mornings. The staff demonstrated fantastic hospitality, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. We loved the central design of the hotel, a modern and comfortable space that was perfect for relaxing after a day out.

However, the bar service was notably slow, which detracted from our overall experience.

    huge shower

    clean room
    slow service
    distracted staff

Room decor is modern and clean with a huge shower that has great water pressure. The service at the bar was slow and staff seemed a bit distracted. Overall, a nice hotel but could improve on bar service efficiency.

    spacious room
    powerful shower
    service issues
    confusing voucher system
    breakfast delays

The metropolitan king room was spacious, and the bathroom truly stole the show with its impressive size and powerful shower. While service encountered hiccups, particularly in communication around breakfast vouchers, the eventual meal was delightful, featuring a classic fried fish that hit the spot. Walking distance to several vibrant bars and restaurants enhanced our experience, making up for minor frustrations.

    spacious room
    excellent service
    inconvenient location

    great amenities but minor annoyances

The room was outstanding with a generous size, and the bathroom was particularly impressive. I loved the shower’s water pressure, which felt like a spa experience. Jessica at the front desk delivered exceptional service, making check-in a breeze. Additionally, the breakfast had fresh options that were a delightful start to my day.

The location felt a bit off the main attractions.

    spacious room
    large shower
    clean decor
    elevator inconvenience

The Metropolitan King Room impressed with a spacious layout, highlighted by an enormous bathroom featuring a large shower boasting exceptional water pressure. Decor matched a modern aesthetic, providing a clean and inviting atmosphere for unwinding after a long day.

The elevator situation felt overly complicated, requiring two separate rides to reach the rooms from the parking garage, which could be frustrating, especially with luggage. Additionally, noise levels in certain rooms from nearby traffic might cause disturbance, detracting from the overall comfort during the night.

would choose this place for future trips

Stayed in a Metropolitan King Room. The bathroom was massive with a huge shower and amazing water pressure. Had all the amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, and free toiletries. Fitness center on site was a bonus. Breakfast was also a highlight with fresh options.

    modern decor
    classy hotel
    slow bar service

Had an awesome time with friends here! The modern decor really fit the vibe, especially after visiting the nearby Sun Link. We also loved exploring some great bars and dining spots around the area. The hotel feels very classy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a fun day out!

One downside was the bar service, which was pretty slow. It put a little damper on our evening plans as we waited longer than expected for drinks.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully designed hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a massive bathroom complete with a large shower that provided wonderful water pressure. Additionally, the breakfast options were fresh and plentiful, making for a delightful start to each day.

However, we found the overall location to be a bit removed from the main attractions.
